A guide to everything you need to know before ordering — timelines, quantities, and how to work with us from first sample to final installation. All our tile is handmade to order. Please plan accordingly.
Order at least 12 weeks before your installation date. All tile is handmade to order in Morocco. Production timelines vary depending on order type and factory schedule. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Sample & Confirm
Order samples to test the tile in your actual space under your actual light. All tile is final sale — samples are essential, not optional.

Quote & Design
Share your dimensions, vision, and colour references. We produce a layout and precise quote within 24–48 hours.

Production
Your tiles are handmade in our Moroccan factory. Custom colour orders receive a control sample for approval before full production begins.

Delivery & Install
Air freight DHL 5–10 days. Maritime for orders 500+ sq ft, approx. 6 weeks. We coordinate delivery to your door or job site.

Project planning checklist
- Order samples and test in your actual spaceAll tile is final sale. Do not order without seeing a physical sample in your room under your light.
- Book your installer before you orderConfirm their availability around your expected delivery date — which is 12+ weeks from your order date.
- Measure accurately and add 15% for wasteWidth × height for walls. Length × width for floors. Add 15% for cuts, breakage, and future repairs. Do not order exact.
- Note your colour referencesPaint chips, fabric swatches, or Pantone references. For custom colour, send these with your brief.
- Order all tile for a project at the same timeMineral glazes are hand-mixed in batches. Tiles from a later order may not match exactly due to natural batch variation.
- Confirm your product type and how it shipsMosaic tile: loose pieces or 18″ interlocking panels. Zellij (4″×4″), hand-painted tiles, and mosaic borders (12″–18″ pieces) ship as individual pieces. Fountains and tables ship as complete units.
- Confirm maritime vs. air shippingMaritime (approx. 6 weeks) is available for orders of 500 sq ft or more. Air DHL is 5–10 days for all orders.
- Set your installation date 12+ weeks from orderThis is the minimum. Custom colours and custom fitted mosaic assembly may require more.
